Description

Misty Blue is a well maintained example of the popular Antares 6 type, in this case with the inboard motor arrangement. Misty blue is fitted with the Yanmar 110, the more popular option, and was one of the last to be so. The inboard arrangement has a number of benefits in these boats allowing for much more space aft to allow the use of the table with facing seating and the addition of a swim platform and ladder. The engine is located centrally and this helps the weight distribution in what is otherwise quite a light boat which in the opinion of some owners makes them more stable that their outboard siblings.
Suited for coastal cruising and able to access bays and inlets she can take the family on an adventure or why not moor up and do some fishing?
This example has been upgraded and maintained well receiving a new Raymarine chart plotter in 2023 and having her engine serviced every year including this. She was last lifted and antifouled in November 2025. A comprehensive record of servicing and works comes with the vessel.

Accommodation

Swim Platform and Swim Ladder aft.
Cockpit: This has face to face seating and removable table. The cover is in good condition and can be rolled up or removed during sunny weather.
Wheelhouse: This has a comfortable driving position with a passenger seat next to it. The galley area is located on the Port side.
Saloon: Two bench seats, one either side which can also have the table located between them. This area then transforms into a double bed using the infill cushion. The Heads are located off the Saloon.

Misty Blue represents a fine example of the Beneteau Antares 6 type.
In this Broker's opinion the added space gained in this shorter boat by having the inboard engine is a real bonus and marks the type as more usable for families, with the whole experience feeling more spacious.
Early viewing is recommended with the boat in "ready to go" condition.
